Built by People Who Actually Get It
We're not your typical tech company. We're two friends who got tired of seeing businesses struggle with mobile solutions that didn't make sense.
Zelda Kincaid
Co-Founder & Technical Director
Started coding at 12 because her older brother said she couldn't. Twenty-three years later, she's still proving people wrong. Zelda spent eight years at enterprise companies watching perfectly good projects die from overthinking and committee decisions. She believes the best mobile apps solve one problem really well rather than trying to be everything to everyone. When she's not debugging code at 2 AM, she's probably reorganizing her vinyl collection or teaching her nephew how to build his first website.
Indira Blackwood
Co-Founder & Strategic Lead
Spent six years in business consulting, translating between what clients actually needed and what they thought they wanted. Got frustrated watching small businesses pay huge amounts for apps that never quite fit their workflow. Indira has this weird ability to spot the real problem hiding behind the obvious request. She's the one who asks the uncomfortable questions during discovery calls and somehow makes clients thankful for it. Outside of work, she volunteers at the local business incubator and maintains an embarrassingly detailed spreadsheet of Cleveland's best coffee shops.
How We Got Here
The Frustration Phase
We met at a tech meetup, both complaining about the same thing—watching good businesses get burned by mobile projects that missed the mark. Decided to do something about it instead of just griping over coffee.
First Real Success
Built our breakthrough app for a local restaurant chain. Instead of another generic ordering system, we created something that actually matched how their kitchen operated. Revenue jumped 34% in three months.
The Raydium Method
Developed our signature discovery process after realizing most project failures happened in the first two weeks. Started requiring deeper business analysis upfront—lost some quick-sale clients but our success rate went through the roof.
Growing Smart
Expanded beyond Tennessee, but kept our small-team approach. Every client still works directly with us. We're not trying to be the biggest—we want to be the ones businesses actually recommend to their friends.
What Makes Us Different
Real-World Testing
We test every app with actual employees doing actual work. Not focus groups or beta testers—the people who'll use it every day. Sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how rarely this happens.
Business-First Development
Pretty interfaces don't matter if they slow down your workflow. We start with understanding how your team actually works, then build technology that makes them faster and happier.
Plain English Communication
No jargon, no technical ego trips. When something's not working, we explain what happened and how we're fixing it. Most problems aren't actually technical—they're communication failures.
The Raydium Difference
We've built mobile solutions for restaurants that needed to handle rush hour chaos, retail chains managing inventory across multiple locations, and service companies coordinating field teams in real time. Each project taught us something new about making technology work for real businesses instead of against them.
